Conflict Resolutions services for Couples, Families, and Businesses.

ARE YOU READY FOR CHANGE??

Candice Gottlieb-Clark specializes in addressing deep-seated and long-standing issues of conflict that occur between individuals and groups. With a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Candice has developed a conflict resolution style that incorporates her intuitive understanding of human behavior with her expert problem solving skills as a professional mediator.

Candice creates a safe environment for sharing and discussing even sensitive topics, and empowers all participants to truly address the issues that are strangling them and/or their relationship. She encourages honesty by helping participants speak beyond the facts of a situation and to explain their feelings, reasons, ideas and rationale.

Couples and Families will find that deeply rooted issues are uncovered and discussed, and damaged relationships can finally be healed. Businesses and Partnerships, will regain a sense of fairness and a renewed ability to move profitably forward. All Candice’s clients find that honesty and personal responsibility are addressed, and that her process results in improved communication and a re-establishment of trust.

Unlike traditional therapy, mediation sessions are longer and more intense – however the process is often completed in only one or two sessions. Each mediation sessions is scheduled as a four-hour block and requires all participants to be involved throughout the session. An initial consultation/intake interview is held to determine if the client situation is appropriate for mediation. 100% of the initial consultation fee is applicable to the first mediation session if scheduled at that time.
